ks-badge-icon-fitness2On the days that I am unable to run outside, I make sure to schedule time at the gym. On those days, I am addicted to this routine from DETAILS, created by Equinox Tier 4 Coach Giovanni Roselli.

I typically dedicate my time to either the elliptical (which is easier on the knees) or the treadmill. No matter which you choose, if you want a solid sweat and a great fat burn, this routine is for you.
