Hydration during activity

My People magazine feature detailed how much soda I consumed on a daily basis before dedicating myself to a healthy lifestyle.

Now, my colleague Kate makes fun of me often for how much water I consume in a day. While many experts vary on whether more than eight glasses per day are essential, I ensure that I hit my goal of 64 oz. by noon. I then continue to sip throughout the day, keeping a large container at my desk to motivate myself to empty before leaving work. Adding in my weekly runs, it’s imperative to stay hydrated.
