I have recently fallen in love with this recipe for Pineapple & Jalapeño Salsa, courtesy of Kitchen Daily. I made it for a potluck and it was a total win. I’m not much of a cook, so this had everything I needed to be successful: low calories, limited ingredient list and a short prep time.
