I’ve been working on a blog about intentionality (which you’ll see soon) and I’ve been putting off plans to develop a novel for some time. In the past year, it’s more apparent than ever that we need to find joy, comfort and contentment where we can. In spite of any fear or doubt, the time is now to set forth.
When I was growing up, I thought morning radio DJs had one of the most noble occupations: helping other people to begin their day with information and a laugh to carry them through the day.
After ten years and over 120 playlists consisting of nearly every genre, I’ve made the decision to pause on the monthly Club Koko series. Thank you for visiting this website, subscribing to my Spotify mixes and liking my #MorningMotivation posts on Instagram.
It’s been an honor to share in your fitness journeys, and the dedication and prioritization of dropping the mix on the first of the month for ten years is something that fills me with pride.
